admin@unitedstatesdigital.spaceWe read every enquiry ourselves and reply within one business day. The first response is a real one — either questions about what you need, or a straight answer that we are not the right fit. We do not run an automated nurture sequence and we do not pass your details to anyone.
If the work looks like something we should do, the next step is a consultation: a conversation about the system you have, the constraints around it and what you are trying to achieve. That is unpaid and carries no obligation. Only after that do we produce a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones and a fixed price.
The more specific you can be, the more useful our first reply will be. Helpful things to mention: what the system does today, what technology it runs on, what is going wrong or what you want to add, whether there is a compliance framework involved (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CMMC), and any deadline you are working towards.
You do not need a specification. “Customers are seeing the wrong inventory numbers and we do not know why” is a perfectly good starting point — investigating that is part of the work.
Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment require written authorisation from the system owner before any testing begins, so those engagements start with a scoping document rather than a scan. If you are enquiring on behalf of an organisation you do not own or operate, we will need authorisation from whoever does.
Findings are reported only to the authorised contact named in the agreement. We do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities, and we do not use client findings as marketing material.
Everything you send us is treated as confidential from the first message, before any agreement is signed. Communications are encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and we will sign your NDA rather than insisting on ours. If you would prefer to have the confidentiality agreement in place before describing the project, say so in your first message and we will start there.
