Every engagement begins with a consultation rather than a proposal. We need to understand the system you already have, the constraints you are working inside, and what success actually looks like before we can scope anything honestly. Only then do we put a written proposal in front of you, with defined deliverables, a timeline, milestones and a fixed price.
During delivery you have a single point of contact and a documented milestone schedule. You always know what has been completed, what is in progress and what is blocked. We report problems when we find them rather than at the end — a schedule that slips quietly is worth less than one that slips loudly and early.
Work is handed over with documentation, not just code. That means architecture notes, deployment procedures, configuration inventories and the operational knowledge needed to run what we built without us. If a piece of work cannot be maintained by your own team afterwards, it is not finished.
Transparent process. Defined scope, documented milestones, one point of contact. No hourly surprises and no work outside what was agreed without a written change to the scope.
No Fix, No Fee. If we fail to deliver what was explicitly agreed in the service agreement, you are not obligated to pay for the undelivered portion. This applies to defined deliverables rather than subjective preferences, and it is in our terms rather than only in conversation.
Confidentiality by default. Encrypted communications, role-based access control, and confidentiality agreements on every engagement. Your data, your project details and your identity are not shared without your consent. We do not publish client names as references unless asked.
Responsible practice. Security testing happens only with written authorisation from the system owner, and only within the scope defined in the agreement. Findings go to the authorised contact and nowhere else. We do not develop systems intended to deceive, discriminate or cause harm.
We work with organisations across healthcare, finance, education, non-profits and technology — generally where compliance, auditability and reliability matter more than moving fast and breaking things. Engagements range from a single security assessment to multi-department programmes running over months.
Size is not the deciding factor. An early-stage company building its first product and an established organisation planning a migration need different things from us, but both need the scope written down and the work documented. We tailor the approach to the scale and the budget; we do not tailor the standard.
Any engagement with public-sector entities is conducted strictly as an independent contractor under proper contractual agreements. We hold no government affiliation, endorsement or authority, and we do not handle classified information without the appropriate clearances, facility certifications and contractual authorisation.
